To use GOiN platform you need an active account. To activate your new account, please follow the instruction in the email message we sent just after you finish to create a new account. If you lost the email, you can request a new activation email message from us; please find the link in the Log In page or go directly to Resend activation link web page.

Why is my GOiN account inactive?
Your account is inactive because:
- Because you just created it. To activate your new account, please follow the instruction in the email message we sent to you. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders, our email message is delivered instantly.
- You gave your GOiN account credentials to another person. If this is the case we recommend you to contact us and evaluate if the reactivation is available for you.
